As an American Speech, Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) certified speech therapist, Guy Vinette, M.A. CCC-SLP opened Vantage Speech & Language with the vision of providing the best evidence-based practice to maximize growth and development. Mr. Vinette graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo and holds a Master of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology. He has years of experience working with children and adults in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and school settings, providing services with needs ranging from mild to severe language and communication impairments. Through a caring and innovative speech therapy approach, it is his goal to maximize each individual’s potential. This is accomplished by focusing on individual needs while including family and loved ones in the therapeutic process through training and education. Guy's areas of expertise include non-verbal and verbal communicators in the areas of augmentative & alternative communication (AAC) and developmental and acquired language disorders. He is trained to perform PROMPT therapy. He demonstrates years of experience working with fluency, articulation and social pragmatic skills. Guy is constantly evolving his approach to ensure that treatment options are in the best interest for all clients. Guy currently lives in Summerville with his wife, son, daughter, and golden retriever. He moved from Niagara Falls, NY in 2015 and continues to love playing hockey, golf, and hiking in his spare time.

Rachelle Vinette is a certified teacher in Special Education, Elementary Education, and Literacy, with a Master’s in Education from the University at Buffalo. After moving from Niagara Falls, NY, she taught for eight years in the Berkeley County school district before resigning in 2023 to raise her two children and support the Vantage Speech & Occupational Therapy business. Recognizing a growing need for Early Intervention services in the area, Rachelle and her husband, Guy, decided to open Vantage Early Intervention. This venture allows Rachelle to pursue her passion for working with children and their families while providing essential services to their community.

Kerry Litten, BS- IMHE ®, Infant Family Specialist, Early Childhood Family Specialist, is a graduate of University of North Carolina’s Public Health program and has achieved her infant and early childhood family specialist endorsements through SC Infant Mental Health Association. Kerry is also pursuing a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. Kerry has years of experience working with children and adults in hospitals, medical offices, community, and home based settings providing services for a wide variety of disabilities and diagnoses. She has previously served on several nonprofit board of directors, including a role as Vice President of a local Down Syndrome Association, where she previously resided. She has a passion for working with and advocating for children who have Down Syndrome and Autism. Through a caring and innovative parent coaching approach, it is her goal to maximize each individual’s potential. This is accomplished by focusing on individual needs while including family and loved ones in the therapeutic process through training, education, collaboration, and applying these skills to the family’s daily routines. Kerry is constantly pursuing continuing education and trainings to ensure that coaching options are beneficial and successful for each individual client. Kerry currently resides in Greer with her US Navy veteran husband, 4 children, and two Boykin Spaniels. Kerry enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, and exploring the outdoors.

Kelly Banerian is a College of Charleston graduate with a degree in Early Childhood Education. Kelly’s passion for working with children began at an early age. She has been taking care of children for most of her life. Kelly worked at her church after school program for four years while attending college. Following her college graduation, Kelly was hired as a second-grade teacher in the Berkeley County School District. She has twelve years of experience teaching in early childhood education classrooms. She then began working in early intervention and has served the Charleston area as both an interventionist and an area supervisor. She loves helping children grow and reach their full potential.
